waa im so frustrated. that was one of my fav childhood sweets wei (dah lame tak beli pun).. after the gula-gula susu. :((

having too much blast for Raya may induce severe migraine for 3 days, pricking sore throat, and staggering cough - so i learned. but its worth it, definitely. Selamat Hari Raya everyone!
but still somehow i braced the monday morning jam to get to work, without knowing that the T couple (tom & tine) has already brought us lots of chocolates from belgium and put them in the pantry with a piece of nicely decorated paper that said: Selamat Hari Raja - "Smaldelijk!" (Makan).

the highlight for my Raya this year is Uswah's Engagement Day.
so good to have finally found someone to spend the lifetime with. tahniah to Uswah and Zayd

my Raya was really good. we spent 5 days in johor, quite a long period jugak this time. over the years the houses that we have to ziarah raya are getting lesser. like at my mom's side, there are only 3 houses left to visit because many of the nenek sedara dah makin takde..
my nenek looked quite tak larat dah now.. sian nenek..
great mom gives birth to an even greater mom.
this year was my first time giving out duit raya for the small small cousins. at first i decided to give to cousins who still in the primary school. but then i saw many angpau2 terlebih dalam henbeg, so kasi je la cousin2 yang dah besa sikit..
i gave nenek duit raya too! hhehe.
saya pun dapat duit raya jugak dari makcik2, dan jugak nenek. hehe walaupun takde la banyak mana sume skali, tapi lepas la kalau setakat nak hantar kete gi car wash hujung jalan ni.
for my dad's side, Atok Lang's house still got the best food of all time. sape eh name die, andak ape tah yg dulu masak asam pedas gile sedap. this time she cooked a killing rendang daging (and many other lauk but i only makan rendang aje) for us.. waa lapanyee
wow its really late already.
i need to get some zzzz-ing sleep.
