plans

havent been online for awhile.
our modem was struck by lightning. and the tmnet guy just had it replaced (again?!) with a new one last morning. (this time the canggih skit punye modem hehe)

had a great weekend. i would say it was.. a contemplative one.

you know one of the most significant life lessons that i've been observing (and experiencing) is,
if you want your Plan A to work out, you must already had your Plan B well planned, ready to be executed in no time.

this is gonna sound complicated but i dont know, like for example, you have a plan, Plan A, where you have to catch a bus ride at 5. but it's already 4.40 and you're still at home. instead of panicking and playing with hypotheticals in your mind (as in what if i miss the bus etc), start planning for Plan B, like okay if im not able to make it, then what are the options i have, like maybe buy another ticket, or hitch a ride, whatever. by this time you have already pasrah and tawakal with the fact that Plan A is not gonna happen since you are busy planning on Plan B. and what do you know, by the time you are ready to go with Plan B, you already reached the bus station, and maybe the bus driver delays the trip - nature's call etc - so in the end you are still able to catch the bus ride. and there you go, Plan A executed.

er get it? if still dont, nevermind. its just an analogy anyway.

so, um, of course you have many plans ahead of you in the future, right, and i guess the key to succeeding them is to put lower expectations on them because when you expect, frustration awaits. but its different when your putting hopes. with hopes, you will also find faith. and please have backup plans, up to Plan Z, if you must. and of course im telling this to myself especially.

++

on another different note,

i was there last weekend. oh but im too sleepy to get into details now. later la if got some time.
btw the sale was awesome. and freakin CHEAP as well. over indulged ourselves with crocs and lots of crocs. jangan aku kawin ngan buaya sudah.

oh and singapore was prickingly hot.

seronok gak! but then again, i tot crocs dah tak best :p only the jibbitz are cool in my opinion. ok2, some mary jane's are mighty fine :p

and i sorta agree when you put it that way on the plan B, it sorts of show that you're always ready and prepare for the worse but then again, how can we not target Plan A if we know that plan A is the best and better than plan B?

uswah: yee yg ade hanyalah kete2 posh yg hanye bawak 90kmh hahaha.. mari2 kumpul duit. since sume org dah gi indon, kite cari negara lain lak ah. duit ADE.

wan: yeah but who cud resist rm50 mary jane? haha, i only grabbed two je maryjanes and some other models jugak. u know my mom was the one yg excited nk pasang2kan jibbitz kat kasut2 tuh.

i guess the key here is to just be redha and tawakal, and then baru la Allah kasi berita gembira kan..

nad: a'ah nad, sume marked down habis2an! hihi this weeknd s'pore baru start die nye great sale, so sile lah turun ke sana! heheh..
