i came across this quotation while fb-hopping.
"We were meant to lose people. How else would we know how important they are?"
and this kinda struck me, considering im about to leave my sangat bes colleagues in materialise. oh, yeah, if you didnt know already, i only have 6 days left to be in materialise (my current company) before i get totally, completely unemployed (for a week, and yeayy) and then off to my new workplace, far far away in sepang :)
the thing about losing is - its not fun. really, really not fun. its awful, even.
be it people, books, pants, tops, that cream tudung with mini flowers all over, that pretty brooch from kafu i only managed to wear only once, that cool chuck taylor during freshman year in uni (waa dah hilang!), anything. not fun AT ALL.
but then, nothing in this world is meant to last forever.
because forever only applies when it comes to the hereafter. like jannah. subhanallah.
so now, losing people. beautiful people.
even though ive encountered it a few times before, im still not used to it. and dont know how to deal with it wisely, still. so how ah?
sebenanye relax je la kan. as titanic-ish as this may sound, life must go on.
you lose 10 nice people today, so what, you are gonna meet another 10 nicer people the next day (i wish). always look ahead. ok ok mari relax (cakap senang eh?)
if i were to write a book one day, i'd entitle it "the art of losing". cey lah tapi.

tapi tula sepanjang pengalaman, mcm kawan2 lama yg ok keep in touch ok tapi life must go on so lepas tu terus hilang kalau tak hilang tau la mcm akan ada org lain akan fill in those places so its not really the same again. which is not a bad thing pun. i think.

Wanderful: life goes on betul lah but losing is still awful and before time could heal, we can only persevere je la kan hehe (all my winning trophies also dah hilang tapi tak rase temporary empty pn :p)
