not too bad

it's 4.26am now in melben and i just got back from qantas flight training center. i decided to not sleep now, its only 1 hour away till fajr. kalau tido skrg konfem sampai asar (asar die kul 2,3ptg ekceli) lajak.

so the first day working in Qantas wasnt too bad. alhamdulillah. there were MA and W. W is a sri lankan and hes so nice. (his name is so weird i even thought he was from the famous aboriginal tribe that first resided australia hehe). i was scared sh*t that i would screw the b737 over there but alhamdulillah turns out MA and W are gonna take care of it, and i take care of the a330, which is, ok lah for me compared to any boeings. still i need a lot of assistance from MA and W though.

driving in countries other than malaysia? never crossed my mind before. im pretty sure id get lost somewhere in the middle of the concrete jungle. but they suggested me to get a car here as its the only way to qantas. kononnya cabs dont go there. but if we have the contact number of the cabs patutnya bleh je kan call anytime to pick up anywhere. id prefer cabs though. and i drove to the center just now, and i was right, i got lost. my gps doesnt have australian map and my phone google map cant talk. so i have to keep looking at the map to make sure if im on the right track or not. haih. and when i keep looking at the map i might miss a turn. pusing punya pusing finally i found the qantas building. lega alhamdulillah. i made it just in time.

it wrote toyota ascent. but looks like the new altis. hoho agak jakun naik kete mahal pegi keje. padahal kat sini harga die murah je eh?

 

one thing about australian people, they speak REALLY fast. and their accent makes it worse. i mean, okla not worse but more uncomprehendable. canadian/us accent is better. much better in fact. their pace is good at least. memang respek sape2 yg stay/study/bermastautin kat sini. they must have really sharp ears. ok i never heard people making big fuss about highly accented australian people so it must be only me. haih.

so this is where i stay. just next to the airport. no free internet. no free breakfast. plus the parking is so expensive.

cant wait for the weekend to jalan2. cey mcm la ade org nak bawakkan jalan. at least 2 days off from work. yeay

i miss home so bad. yes, already. mengada je sila lah lempang.
